Yes, it is generally suitable for both women and men.
How long does it take to see results?
Because of the hair growth cycle, changes typically become visible after 8–12 weeks. For more lasting results, 6–12 months of use is often recommended. The vitamin is intended for ongoing use without scheduled breaks.
How should I take it?
The recommended daily serving is 2 capsules. Take them during or after a meal. A minimum of 3 months is recommended. The vitamin can be taken continuously, without a break. The capsule contents can be mixed into yoghurt, a shake or any drink that is not hot.
What if I find capsules difficult to swallow?
If you prefer not to swallow capsules, they can be carefully opened and their contents mixed into food if needed. Many people mix the contents into yoghurt, a smoothie or a spoonful of food.
Make sure you consume the full serving and drink fluids with it. Do not mix it into a hot drink, as heat can break down the active ingredients. If you are unsure, ask a healthcare professional about the most suitable way to take it.
What do the capsule contents taste like?
The capsule shell is tasteless, so you generally will not notice a flavour when swallowing it. If you open the capsule and mix the powder into food, it may have a mild, natural vitamin-like taste due to the ingredients.
The formula contains no artificial flavourings or colourings, as it is designed to provide a clean, functional composition.
What happens if I stop taking it?
The long-term condition of your hair depends on your body's nutrient supply. If adequate intake is no longer maintained after a course, your hair may return to its previous condition. This is why many people use the vitamin throughout the year.
Can it also be helpful for fine hair?
Hair thickness is influenced by genetics, but an adequate nutrient supply may help hair become stronger, more resilient and healthier in structure.
Why is the formula described as readily absorbed?
Several ingredients are included in active or advanced forms that require less conversion by the body, such as Quatrefolic® folate, P-5-P vitamin B6, methylcobalamin vitamin B12 and zinc bisglycinate.
How does it differ from typical hair vitamins?

Does it contain allergens?
The product contains no allergens requiring mandatory declaration, gluten or ingredients of animal origin. It is a vegan formula.
Why does HONEYBRUSH HAIR VITAMIN contain an essential amino acid?
An essential amino acid cannot be produced by the body and must therefore be obtained from external sources. It plays an important role in building proteins, supporting collagen formation and tissue regeneration.
Hair is mainly made of keratin, which is built from amino acids. An adequate amino acid supply may therefore be important for the structural quality of hair.
What happens if I miss a day?
No problem. Continue with your usual serving the following day.
Why is consistent use important?
Hair grows in cycles. Regular intake may help ensure that hair follicles receive a consistent supply of the nutrients they need.
Can it also help with joint discomfort?
The formula contains a natural source of sulphur, which is involved in the formation of connective tissue, cartilage and structural proteins. Some research suggests that an adequate sulphur supply may contribute to joint comfort and help maintain tissue flexibility.
HONEYBRUSH HAIR VITAMIN is not a joint supplement, but its MSM content supports the body's structural balance, which may affect connective tissue as well as hair. Always consult a healthcare professional if you have persistent or severe joint pain.
How long should I take the vitamin?
Many people take it as a course for 6–12 months and repeat it if needed. We recommend ongoing use.
Can I take it long term?
The formula is designed with balanced doses and may therefore be suitable for long-term use.

Why does it have no handle?
The handle-free design of the HONEYBRUSH hairbrush is intentional. It aims to minimise the pulling force applied to hair during brushing. Traditional brushes with handles can encourage us to unintentionally use too much force, which may lead to hair breakage and hair loss. HONEYBRUSH is designed to help detangle gently while protecting the health of your hair. Our customers consistently report noticeably fewer hairs left in their HONEYBRUSH after brushing compared with their usual brush. This feedback reflects their experience of gentler brushing.
Can I use it on wet hair?
Yes! HONEYBRUSH can be used on wet or dry hair. On towel-dried hair, always use conditioner, oil or a detangling spray to help the brush glide more smoothly and gently. When brushing dry hair, we recommend using a hair oil for better performance.
What should I do if the bristles bend?
HONEYBRUSH bristles are intentionally soft and flexible, so brushing may feel different from using a conventional brush with firmer bristles. With use, the bristles may bend and retain their altered shape. This is not a defect, but an intentional design feature that supports gentle brushing.
HONEYBRUSH was developed for fine to medium hair. It is not effective on very dense, coarse hair, so we do not recommend it for these hair types.
Can I use it without additional haircare products?
Yes, but we recommend using professional haircare products for better performance. It is important to detangle without damaging your hair.
Can a bristle break?
Yes, this may happen after some use. The brush is designed to prioritise your hair, so the brush gives way before the hair strand does. Always use it gently and do not force it through tangles, which also helps prevent damage to the bristles.
Do not worry if a few bristles break. The brush can still work well, as each brush has approximately 400 bristles.
How durable is it?
Durability depends on how it is used. Intensive use may reduce its performance sooner, and the way you use it makes a significant difference. Please disinfect the brush after each use.
What is the correct way to use it?
Use it as you prefer, but we recommend rotating the brush in your palm every tenth brushing stroke so that pressure is applied to the bristles from a different direction. Do not press too firmly against your head or force the brush through your hair. Be gentle and repeat the movement rather than applying force.
Can I use it with hot styling tools?
HONEYBRUSH is made from durable materials, but we do not recommend using it with hot styling tools. The bristles are heat-resistant up to 120°C and the outer casing up to 180°C, but most hot styling tools exceed these temperatures.
Can I use it on a sensitive scalp?
HONEYBRUSH is very gentle on the scalp, but always use caution if you have a scalp condition. Try to identify the cause and use appropriate scalp-care products until it has fully healed. Always consult a professional about scalp problems.
Is it waterproof?
The casing is well sealed, but water may enter the brush if you hold it under running water. To remove excess water, simply shake it out.
Can I use it in the bath?
Yes! HONEYBRUSH is designed to protect your hair and can help distribute conditioners and treatments evenly. Always be gentle with wet hair, as it becomes heavier and can break more easily.
Can I use it for hair colouring?
Yes, but clean the brush thoroughly afterwards.
What happens if it comes into contact with bleaching powder?
Bleaching powder does not affect the brush, but do not leave it in a strongly corrosive environment for long, as this may damage the logo and bristles.
Can I use the same brush at the shampoo station and my styling station?
We recommend using separate HONEYBRUSH brushes for different tasks. Keep one at the shampoo station for colouring or treatments, and another at your styling station for brushing and detangling.
